UTR CLUB RUNNING COACH
JANAE RICHARDSON has a master’s degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University, is a Certified Sports Nutritionist, and has been coaching runners for 11+ years. She ran collegiately at Weber State University and continues to enjoy running competitively in road races ranging from the 5k to the marathon. As a certified USATF coach she enjoys coaching runners of all levels of ability from beginners to local elite runners. Janae and her husband Ken Co-founded UtahRunning.com in 2009 and reside in Ogden, UT with their three children.

UTR CLUB TRIATHLON COACH
Lora Erickson aka “Blonde Runner” is a nationally ranked triathlete and USA Triathlon 2015 All-American. She is also an experienced USATF certified running coach, USA Triathlon coach, U.S. Master Level 2 Certified Swim Coach, NASM-Corrective Exercise Specialist and personal trainer with over 24 years of coaching experience. Coach Lora specializes in weight loss, corrective exercise and endurance training for running and triathlon events. As a mother of four, she has many years of experience designing realistic custom individual programs that can fit into a busy everyday life.
